construction is not the often bad Spanish
construction. The house has double walls
with isolation, double isolation in the roof
and water block in the lower parts of the
walls, 50 cM massive concrete basement, 9
tons of steel in the concrete. All glas is
double isolation glass.
The house has 1600 m2 meters of property, a
80 m3 swimming pool and a outdoor wood oven.
The house is only 5 years old and details
still have to be finished.
There is also a guesthouse, but it is not
sure if the townhall will allow that in
future without paying.
